Dave,

I think you're right that OPEC is serious, and the drilling stocks seem to be responding to to the announced intention to cut back on production. With many of the drilling stocks up over a point, this seems like a good time to pick up some of the stocks that will benefit. Drillers should benefit more than builders and equipment companies so I'd put the focus on them. I picked up more FLC and ATW this morning.
