No, I could not get the reports to print, but I really didn't expect that feature to function in a demo version. I didn't check my hard drive to see if the "screen" report was on my hard drive or was it in memory only. I also didn't check my hard drive for the help file. Cat Lady indicates in a subsequent post that there is one there. A subsequent post also indicates the presence of an 11mb database. I'll try opening that database with the various engines that I have access (no pun intended) to and try to see what is being looked for. KJC
