It sounds like Ballard used this valuable time just to repeat the obvious. The market already knows these things and has responded accordingly. Ballard should convince us why the market is wrong. >>

Remember, Ballard's interview was promotional (from his perspecitve) - not an attempt to prop up the stock price. The partyline is his first job and priority, not IR.
