Thank you, peter. I still remember Monsanto silicon director, Dr. Remo Pellin after an extensive visit to all the silicon customers and reported to the Monsanto Chemical board of directors, that there was no business coming, in September. He got let go in september, then all the business came back in October. Summer months are not suitable for projections; some semiconductor plants shut down for two weeks to repair and refurbish. Automobile model year starts in October. X'mas toys starts in July. Computers start in July for the back to school September sales. Projections of usage of semiconductors starts by product line planning. For small distributor such as SEMI, the effect depends on how much business they can steal from the other two competitors in any order their customers pass out.
