Software.net is coming public and is HOT. The stock is rated to open up 3-4 points from an expected range of 7-9. The deal is 5 million shares and should value the company at a substantial premium to EGGS. I read the article from the previous posting, but wanted everyone to know that SWNT (Software.net's proposed symbol) is supposed to move UP SHARPLY when it opens for trading. SWNT is supposed to come public the week of June 15.
