I apologize to TVL-ers about posting stuff here, but I don't want to join in the Yahoo debate and I wanted to get the correct facts out. You all have pointed out all the important things to look for, such as order flows, shipping times, is there interest or not etc... The patent issues have and always will be non-starters. It's who gets to market, who have powerful distribution and whether or not there is a real market for any of this. But I got sick of seeing TZ et al's garbage and non-sense. He should be doing more work on Acacia, which has far more issues of credibility and sensibility. They have no clue what they're doing, pissing good money after bad into their worthless portfolio of cash-sucking fads. If you Acacia folks want, I'll point to the existing large companies that are well financed and way ahead of the technology explained in the Acacia annual report. They have a very indepth discussion of some of the companies and it patently clear that their in crowded fields where a winner or two have already emerged and are galloping ahead, leaving worthless IP behind for underfinanced wannabes. Of course, Acacia won't tell you that because they need to hype so they can sell more shares to you.
