Daniel -- Sorry, I didn't communicate very clearly. My point had absolutely nothing to do with "MSFT violating the Constitution." I've read a lot on this thread lately about how lousy our government is and how great and wonderful microsoft is. IMO, that's incredibly naive and myopic. So when I asked you in my last post: Which, in your opinion, is the greater achievement: the United States Constitution (w/amendments) or Windows?, I was only trying to put things in perspective.
