Gee! step away for a couple hours another 50 posts. To all in question about the epa verification. 1st I also have in hard copy from SGS their test results, I also have the application in hard copy sent to epa registering the product with John Spriggs/Arcons name all over it. Spanning 05-97 to 02-98. I have spoken to many at the EPA with regards to DF-144 , At least 4 individuals, My notes have their names and #'s, presently buried(I thought computers were supposed to eliminate paper??????) Oh! back to my point, Now when 1st digging around, Gary you might remember when I was raising and issue on this , you and I had a conference call with John Spriggs, and raised all these questions, Anyhow , It's a little convoluted( Again many more names and #'s) cause the patents, inventors , companies that owned the rights finally to rest with Arcon, pre-registration of the original inventor , and not to mention it takes time for all the paperwork to get to all those govt. dept's. Also there is a clause regarding the sale of product which allows to simplyfy paper work in the early stages of Start up companies for sale less than 50 million dollars in sales that has a progressive registering process. The Bottom line is this,The product was sold prior to Arcon buying it out, It had to be registered to do that. There changing the mfg. plants not the original product. We do know that improving the product because of the new patents, obviously they will adjust the paperwork to epa accordingly. Sorry for Rambling.
Best Regards
