Simon, Someone bought this CEO purchase to our attention on a previous post. It was stated in the latest 10Q that Mr. Bramson purchased 400,000 shares at 6 7/8. Mr. Bramson borrowed money to buy most of the shares. I can't believe this news is just hitting the street!
