I find it unlikely that APN would be in a position to post any share profit this year. Quarter 1 shows to me that while revenue is up, operating costs are up proportionally more as well. Not including administrative and other head office expenses, the facility sells at a significant loss on every pound of graphite sold. Assuming that Elliot will be part of this group for half of 1998 and produce a small profit there is no way profitability can be achieved for this fiscal year, (unless mining equipment can be sold for a gain????)
