It is nice to encounter a sea of green today. I've been hunting among the laggards that are either down or not up much. I bought more TCMS while it was down slightly on an overall very strong day. Given the momentum toward an oil production agreement and its impact on oil prices, I think the sector will remain strong and the laggards will quickly catch up. Baird
