Joe, Did it ever dawn on you that maybe, just maybe, if this company were run right and had the capital to expand (which I'm told by AirStar is in the works), Mr. Proctor might cease to be a seller. Also, how many shares exactly do you believe Proctor has on the selling block right now? TJS
