Just received a very pleasant phone call from Bob Cavazos IR responding to an e-mail that I submitted to the Company voicing my concerns regarding insider trading, he assured me that management is committed to increasing the stock price and are doing their best to address this issue, he said that the sells were due to a loan that was paid back to the Co and a retiree needed some funds, he also stated that insiders still own approximately 35% of the outstanding shares (16 million) and that this years first nine months earnings are almost equal to all of last years earnings. The use of super glue for gluing the rectums of chickens shut is still being reviewed by the FDA/USDA and the Company doesn't want to release any more press releases on the matter until they get something concrete from the Government. In closing I would like to add that Bob is an absolute gentleman, a real pleasure to talk to and a credit to this great little Company's Investor Relations Dept. I intend to hold this stock for the long term as I fully trust the management and it's products are very good, it's super glue is the absolute best that I have ever used! Patience will be rewarded for long term holders of PTCH IMHO.
