Agreement With Nature's Garden

LA JOLLA, Calif., June 4 /PRNewswire/ -- La Jolla Diagnostics, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
LAJD), announced today that it has entered into a marketing agreement with Nature's Garden,
Inc., a rapidly expanding company with retail carts located in major shopping malls. Nature's
Garden specializes in all natural herbal products.
La Jolla Diagnostics will be supplying Nature's Garden with various health care products using its
patented ClusterWater technology. These products include:
MigraSpray(TM), a saline solution containing the herb feverfew, designed to be sprayed under the
tongue (Feverfew is the common name for Tanacetum Parthenium, a flowering plant related to the
chrysanthemum, whose leaves have been used for centuries in herbal remedies for the treatment of
various conditions including migraine headaches) and,
Living Water Eye Lotion(TM), a saline solution which cleanses and soothes the eye to help relieve
irritation, burning, stinging, and itching without interfering with natural functions.
