Good thoughts David.

I guess TG is gathering that info already.

Here is part of a e-mail I received from Gary Jacobs. He
should be joining us on SI very shortly.
As we have been discussing the lack of news on CSMA and also
the latest news release.
Here it is:

CSMA

Buffalo Capital

Completion of the merger with Buffalo Capital will still take several
months
to get the paperwork filed. This will require a proxy vote from
shareholders which will include the 10K before it is complete.**

CSMA is basically buying a corporate shell. As such it is priced as a
market commodity based on cleanliness, assets, etc. Buffalo Capital has
filings on the Edgar system and in those filings it can be seen that they
were created for this purpose.

When a company files an initial form 10 with the SEC there is an initial
comment period for questions and comment between the SEC and the filing
entity. A former executive of CSMA (gone from CSMA a year ago last
march)
is/was under investigation (not CSMA). But this would have been
something
that would need to be in the form 10 and could have prolonged the process
considerably. The reverse merger leaves that behind. On advice of
counsel
the company determined that this would probably be the fastest and
cheapest way to obtain their objective of becoming a reporting company.
CSMA believes they got a good price. And a reverse merger is the way
CSMA
itself began.

Envirotec Class V

needed to set a concrete plug down the well and to dig and put sump
pumps in the area where trucks will drive up to dump. not significant
items, but they required subsequent discussion to reach agreement on
specifics (like how deep, how big, etc. - anyone on the thread ever
work out specifications on an engineering effort with local government?
anyone on the thread ever work out specifications on an engineering
effort that has never been done in the state before?). From my last
discussion (this week) it is my understanding that the details have now
been defined and the effort is moving forward.

While this is going on however, they have not been sitting back doing
nothing. When they see opportunity (like large corporations being sued
for illegal dumping) they make contact. The EPA is pushing hard on these
issues so there will be more opportunity. Has expectation of revenues
from
the well in June. When it gets turned on it is expected to ramp up
quickly (again - they aren't sitting idly by while the work is being
done).

Gas Well

Found gas but its too wet (i'm not a gas person so i don't really know
what
all that means). Formation is being remapped to see where the gas
migrated. There are apparently several zones where it might be located.
They originally thought it would be a quick pop that would have delivered
substantial return. That didn't happen.

LPS

Possibly some information in june.

General Comments

Have dilluted shares a little, but not much. Expects that anybody
holding
this stock at the end of the year will be a happy investor.

End of his message.

Just one comment from KZAP.
**The proxy vote Really means nothing. Because CSMA already has
all the votes necessary to make pass the merger question.
The proxy is just a procedure that they must go through.

Happy Investing!
