There could be more to the downside, but hey, who knows. Don't sweat 1/16 if you want to get back in. I lightened up at 37, 42, and 44 and bought back in at 39, but I could use more, too...

It all depends on the next offering (for me): what (Who?) it is, the terms, what #3 this year might be, etc. Safeguard has had a great run, but the ipos have been less than stellar so far.
