Mr Wonk, I really dont understand how a stock is valued, and to be honest with you, dont understand the stock market that much. But if there are around 150 million engines built each year and lets say that aeng gets only 20% of the market. thats 30 million motors that year and lets say it gets an average of 50.00$ per engine. That would be about 1.5 billion dallars in revenues that year. The overhead would be a bunch of accountants and a building with offices for them. Lets say that the overhead was 5 million a year for example. That still leaves 1,495,000,000.00 of profit. Of course we must pay taxes. I look at some of the big companies with stock values of 80 per share to 120 per share and thier profits arent even close to this number. If AENG gets up to 50% of the market some year, the numbers are staggering.
My personal belief is that 300 million sounds pretty cheap at this stage of the game. If this engine is for real , and im betting it is, I dont really think that we can put a value on this stock.
Thanks for listening
