Management doesn't manage the stock price; it manages the business. In the long run, if they do a good job of managing the business, the stock price will follow. Depending on your perspective, inefficiencies are opportunities or costs.

I don't see any reason to berate management at this point. Is there a business reason?

Look at Netspeak which has gotten clobbered even more. Their management sold out (70%) to Motorola.
