Normally, news of a Bell Atlantic "contract" coupled with a bit of merger mania in the sector would cause WSTL to rise. However, as I wrote earlier, the street doesn't care. WSTL has misled so often in the past many analysts simply choose not to follow the company.

Look at the trading today. a couple of 12,500 blocks about does it.
