John, someone posted this site for fundamentals on the TLAB thread. Note the very low YPEG value for HBOC (0.5). I believe that the YPEG value for the S&P500 is over 2.0. On a relative valuation basis this makes HBOC cheap, and would argue that the stock would be fully priced in relation to the overall market at around $230. Of course, you need to take this with several grains of salt because PEGs are not risk adjusted, interest-rate adjusted and subject to the vagaries of sloppy forecasting.
