Hi Doug: Agree with your thoughts. Suggestion to ICC has no meaning to coerce. I believe that most people invested with PKGP for the potential of the July lst switch to Universal.. My point being that the company certainly needs to have investors looking beyond and timing will be everything. If a spike up comes and it is geared to the last few days of June, IMO I do not believe we will have people hold to bring this price up sufficiently. Again just my opinion and I certainly respect yours. Regards,
