Knowledge Alliance, Inc.

NEW YORK, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Oxygen Technologies, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: AOXY) announced today the execution of a contract
with Knowledge Alliance. AOXY will sell and support their regional
registration effort for Washington DC and Atlanta, GA marketing
Knowledge Alliance's Public seat ATEC (Authorized Technical Education
Center) business, Distance Learning Programs, as well as expose
customers to CBT Events (Computer Based Training) and Consulting
services provided by Knowledge Alliance, effective immediately.

Knowledge Alliance, based in Connecticut, is a national supplier of
Microsoft certification training to the public.

AOXY will support this contract through its Santa Clarita, California
offices. Robert Wolfe, CEO of AOXY said, "The opportunity for AOXY to
work with Knowledge Alliance in their developing and growing business
of certification programs is a perfect fit to our ability to reach
senior executives responsible for training decisions and our companies
strategy via sales."
