At this site you will find the SEC phone numbers: sec.gov I called the one in Washington, I left message with a receptionist and someone got back to me in 30 minutes. I raised my complaints about the MM's and Fiero brothers and they said they would investigate it. He said if they found anything illegal they would be reported to the FBI (I liked that part)! Pat
