I was only answering your question about

why, in general, someone would buy more when a price jumps up in contrast with accumulation at low price levels. Sorry if my reply was too general. I am only suggesting that Pierre's comments seemed quite normal to me and didn't imply any hype as far as I read them.

OE has frustrated us for several years ... so what are a few more years before the payoff? For me the position is opportunity cost versus cost of capital.

I don't mean to add any confusion to the thread. Sorry if that was the result of my outline.
