You maybe right.However it's my understanding (remember I'm not an attorney nor a investment guru.) that warrants for a company's stock are carried on the books as debt. When SEXI hired Dave Brubaker Dave was still owed unpaid salary due him under his employment contract with ICMX> In order to induce him to join SEXI he goat a grant of unrestricted SEXI stock in payment thereof. SEXI in doing this,I believe,then effectively took reposnsibility for ICMX debts.These debts under valid employment and consulting contracts that I know about total in the vicinity of $500,000. Although I know about warrants on ICMX stock held by a few people I am sure there must be a much larger number held by individuals I know nothing about.By honoring the brubaker debt I believe they made a major tactical blunder.
