Jeffrey, I jumped into ELCC as a quick momentum play as the volume led some creedence to the Nokia rumor. After watching the stock trade on LII, I noticed a few suspicious things occuring. Blocks going off in 64ths. Not a good sign.... Quickly, I checked Edgar and there it was. Reg S. When trading sometimes you don't have the time to look at EVERYTHING before diving in. Especially since the advent of SI. The ask will be gone before you blink. ELCC might work, but for me a Reg S stock is a no-no. I'm down the road.... BTW, TEXN traded like a champ today. Hopefully the company will cooperate with some news next week. Robert
