I think WC is a good play. If you look at KSU's homepage they show
the NAFTA route of CN/IC/KSU via WC although you can't be sure if
it's WC or UP trackage rights on WC. They have the shortest route
to Chicago from Superior.

But I have my money on NYRR at the moment. They run a shortline that
connects the major ports around NY City and currently have a lawsuit
with unfair exchange with conrail which is being split by ns and csx,
they have a $5M grant from the city, they have real estate that the
city will want for the waterfront, and well their stock went up from
around .20 last week to around .48 today. I unfortunately missed out
on about 10cents of that.
