Hi Ian...Yes this movement in PRIA is hard to fathom except that the street overdoes everything in everyway...I have had some success with PRIA and ASYT lately and just got back into ASYT the other day..I can't believe things are as bad as the price would indicate at PRIA yet I will wait for some rebound as I already have exposure on the equips via ASYT...As far as the Diafuku story it has been my impression that the Japanese tend to stay close to home during these downdrafts what with all the cross shareholding and all..But PRIA has been trying to expand there so we will see....I have always subscribed to Carl Johnsons service and I even did that Intense Infrastructure seminar..well worth the 150 bucks if you have the extra cash and want to get the nuts and bolts process semis go through before they end up in all these devices..As far as Brooks it too looks very good..I read somewhere possibly the CMP site Semiconductor Biz News site that flat panel is supposed to absolutely explode so they should do well but like they say you can't own them all...Amat, Nvls, even PLAB looks good here but I think Carl Johnson has it right ...patience is an investors best friend..or was that Smith Barney..no matter...good luck...
