Ah yes John, I too am aware of the expansion plans of Fenway. The project will be undergoing continuing expansion because of the increadible demand for grade A cement in south-east asia. It's one of the great reasons for the location; Fenway isn't going to need much of a sales and marketing team to sell the cement - the buyers will be knocking down their doors.

With regards to your calculations, Donald, don't forget about their cost of capital. The $US 350 million in financing isn't coming interest free.

My 2 million tons plant worked out to about $35 a share, and after the first expansion to 4 million tons a share price of $65. But lets not get too far ahead of ourselves.

Patience will continue to pay off as the environmental clearance from the government is coming soon.
