My prior post came out a bit more negative than intended. I was a bit perturbed at that time, upon first hearing the news of the secondary's cancellation. Maybe my grammar was off, but I meant to say that 'Spectrum'(not you) is in no position at this point to blame its stocks collapse on market conditions. A few months ago in a news release a director at the company said Spectrum would meet estimates of 0.30 for this year. Lets hope they received some yet to be announced new work during the quiet period that will enable them to meet this number.
