Re Ciena: Well with the merger Ciena will be back as part of the ascendant technology companies Tellabs. Assume you view the merger positively. Would appreciate comment. Also, if you would, how are the "smart" or "software" radios coming along? Tellabs has resources there. Would smart or software radios help re the CDMA One next generation vs W CDMA convergence. Do I understand that such radios could receive either flavor and then convert to a common standard? Any comment here on in your newsletter would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Chaz
