I heard that a federal judge put the kibosh on Qwest's proposal to market long distance service with US West today. The Court issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting, at least temporarily, this arrangement. There is a similar case in Illinois involving a Ameritech-Qwest proposal. This may explain the downward movement today. Doughboy
