regarding, daifuku, i believe pria's advantage is the flexibility of their processes. from what i gather, pria's systems are much more modular whereas daifuku's aren't easily extendible making the addition of new functionality difficult (at least this was the case a half year ago or so). for example, part of pria's product line is the interbay system (which stores and transports wafers between large bays and cleanrooms) and intrabay system (which automates movement within a specific bay). i've heard the analogy of "lego blocks" used in connection with pria's model.
