Ladies/Gents: a basic question please: Typically as a solid stock inches up like 3COM isn't the bahaviour of shorts to start buying? My guess is we're now in the no-mans-land of minimal short SELLING but no real short buying to cover their sells. Does that sound right. I am still a junior investor who won't go near the options.
