have you read the latest. now they are haven financial and announced a 100 to 1 roll back of their own stock.
have any of you ever been involved in a blow out. i smell one coming here.
a blow out is what can happen if haven gets control (or by airworks themselves for that matter). you authorize a zillion shares and issue millions to your investors (not shareholders) and have a roll back.
i.e. airworks is authorized for 1000 shares. you own 100. (10%) they authorize an additional 100,000 and distribute them to friends (investors not shareholders). they then have a 100 to 1 roll back. now you own 10 shares. get the idea. i smell it coming. i hope i am wrong however...
