Put in an order to buy 15000 shares at 36 last night and a pile of Jan 40 and 45.

Well you're playing in a bigger league than I am <G>, but I think you are doing the right thing.

By the way, I realized that part (all?) of the reason for the Zacks earnings drops may be that the impact of the interest bearing convertibles was finally reflected in the analysts numbers.

For what it's worth, the Morgan Stanley DW analyst report is projecting after tax diluted earnings of $8.86 for 2003.
