I had an idea that that this stock was getting "industrial strength hype job" and that was when I called the phone number on the web page to order my card. I recommend all shareholders do the same. You tell me if you get a smooth Investor Relations line or someone to sell you a card. Then I did a review of the SEC filings and read about the debt and deficit. Finally I compared KTEL market cap of $100 mill to what this stock would be capable of with the new shares outstanding close to 100mm shares. The private placement share dilution IS the fundamental that changed my mind about this stock. The investor providing the private placement will be happy to sell their 50 million shares at .20 for a nice 30% profit also. Everytime someone brings up a negative about this stock, there is a full court press of BS to cover it. 50% stock dilution and they will still be millions of dollars in debt? come on guys.
