Trey,

<< i simply can not believe ALA is paying that much for DIGI. i'm not complaining, but it just seems a little rich.>>

If you look at last 4 Q DIGI sales it is $2 billions in revemues with sales increasing 3 out 4 Q. So when ALA is paing $4 billion in their just recently appreciated stock it does not sound rich to me. Rather the other way around, It looks to me like DIGI's CEO (to be replaced) is trying to make a fire sale. I am not sure it will be approved by the board.

BTW just 3 or 4 months ago when ASND droped to $22 there was a rumor that LU and Nortel offered $35 trying to exploite the temporary stock price drop. According to rumors ASND rejected this offer but left the door open. This pulled their price to current $45. If LU still wants ASND after October, I think they will have to pay $55 - $65 in stock transaction.
