Bill, do we know what price the shares are being priced at for the private placement. You keep referring to .15...I'd like to know where the number came from so that I can confirm it. If it is true, then I do have some concerns..I will be happy to do my own DD... I'm long and feel this Co. is in the right direction, but after investing in bluechips for many years before tackling pennies I've learned that fundamentals count, even here. If 100M is truly the number, EPS becomes a challange....of course, that notion needs to be tempered by the fact that a huge block will be restricted for X amount of time..the float may remain very reasonable until such time that the # of shares won't matter if the Co. takes off. I appreciate the work of Gambler and Beebs and wonder if they can fill in some of the blanks regarding the stock transactions....TIA to all
