Further information on this subject. PC Magazine, June 30, 1998 page 103, says up to 9 monitors may be connected to a single computer provided your computer supports that many video cards. However, PC Magazine doesn't provide any detail. For instance they didn't mention the possibility of using multiple monitors with a video card that supports multiple monitors and where you find a computer with 9 slots for video adapters.
