The irony is that Katmai coming three months sooner in 1999 than expected is probably quite a bit more important for Rmbs than Merced being delayed six months into 2000. Katmai should have much stronger early sales (esp. in unit numbers) than Merced, and hense stimulate a lot more RDRAM production. Further, Katmai was already a much earlier event, and now has gotten even earlier. So a strong ramp in Rmbs stock by the fall seems that much more locked in. No? Doug
