Thanks for the date. Are you buying at these prices? Do you know who the employee was that sold 300k shares? I didn't understand your last post about Saddler. Are you saying he might be moving on to another company? I guess all these rumors about him are causing the price to drop. The funny thing is that when he stepped down as CEO the share price dropped from $24 to $16 presplit. The street thought they were finished. Then he made the big deal for B&D and the rest is history. Now if he moves on he is causing the same effect in the stock price as he did 2 years ago and this time he isn't the CEO. Go figure :-). I am guessing but the delay in the quarter could be the result of what Saddler is going to do. JMHO Mike
