To: All I just do not understand what is up with this stock. I am very confused and frustrated. It seems that the stock price is inversely related to any news release by the company. I should point that there were some very interesting points in yesterday's release, mainly the fact that the company stands to benefit on a yearly basis from lamp replacement costs. This will constitute a nice revenue stream as more and more of these systems are installed. For some reason someone seems to be selling to keep the price down. Management has a responsibility to do something about it. They definitely should contact the market makers and straighten that up. An indifference by management to this situation amounts to collusion with these sharks. If they cannot do anything about it, then they have a fiduciary responsibility to put the company on the block and obtain the best price for the technology. I am sure that a company like Trojan or anyone that is in this field would be receptive to any overture. I am actually surprised that none of them has tried to take the company over at these ridiculous prices. I, for one, would be glad to sell my shares at a higher price that the current one. If these guys have worked on this for most of their lives they should show more concern about this situation and if they also have any amount of shares, then I do not understand how they can stand by idle watching their lifework going down the drain. Since management is the ones responsible for selling the Reg S securities then they know who the holders are and what to do about it. The current efforts being deployed to market the product will amount to nothing if the stock price is not moving in the right direction. The radio broadcasts will be a total waste of time and money if the price does not increase. It is beyond me that management can be that indifferent when shareholders are witnessing their investments vanished by the day. At this rate, we may see $0.10 and $0.05 in the near future.
