On June 2nd, ACMM stated they are in danger of being delisted.

MENLO PARK, Calif., April 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Accom, Inc. (Nasdaq: ACMM), today reported results for its second fiscal quarter ended March 31, 1998. Revenues totaled $3.1 million versus $4.2 million for the same quarter of fiscal 1997, and the Company incurred a net loss of $576,000 or $0.09 per share versus a net loss of $258,000 or $0.04 per share for the second quarter of fiscal 1997.
