fundementally this company has many respectable players ( read their) annual report). I bought in at $1.4 ( I think a bulk of the shareholders did) I'm holding out till $40. Celtic is the only explorer in Indonesia that has a J.V. with the government in place near the BRE-EX find. Bre-ex did not have such an agreement and the just got "shook down" by the local Mafia (Many articles in the financial post during the month of november). Celtic is just a good company and i think it is up because investors are begining to realize what type of fundementals are important to be sucessful in indonesia , after the Bre-Ex shake down.
