None. Do not buy an ethernet card if you buy an Asus P2B-L motherboard. This is the same situation as buying a new automobile with a built in CD player. There is a no need to buy a CD player separately if a new car comes with a CD player built in. Just like some new cars come with built in CD players some motherboards come with built in network capability.

I hope the word ethernet isn't confusing you. I am using the words ethernet and network interchangeably in this context. Among other things ethernet specifies the type of cabling used in your network and how two computers handle conflicts when they both try to use the network at exactly the same time.
