Hi Hutch,

thanks for the link to what appears to be an average guy trying to make money when the exchanges and the brokers are stacked against him. I think it's sabre rattling by the exchange, if everyone would support the guy in any threatened suit I believe the exchanges would back off (they have much more at stake than one individual) The last thing they need is to air their linen hence the threatening tactics.
