IMHO you hit it right on the head. How can they seriously state that they should be running the company when these are the people that have been so poorly running it recently? Higher production costs, lower ounces makes for a bad situation. Additionally, it looks like banks are getting on them now, not a good sign. This is not to mention the various lawsuits that they are involved with regarding MDIN. And they want to continue to run the company???????????? Ha IMHO DAY needs a new board. GG
