Well, in no order. Tom told me that they are now, at their break even point.125,000 a month . The people that are interested in HDST ARE from Cleveland. He said that they are really taking their time ,step by step. He said that it would be about three weeks before the desicion was made .Tom is not calling the shots on this deal,so Tom is not holding back or dragging his feet. He told me that one of his main problems is that the retailers that used to buy, will not anymore because of the way they were treated last year by old mgt. So, Mon or Tues. he is going to a bank to try and get a serious loan. Then he told me that he was going to start with all the customers they used to have and explain the changes and do his best to get them to come back.I, asked him if he thought they could stay afloat,and he told me Absolutley he said that they still hurting but there was no way they were going under. No reverse splits down the road. He did say it would be awhile before we saw a rise in the stock based soley on merit,but it's coming.And the 100000 helmet order is for real .I told him of the support here at SI and he was grateful and told me not to run because things are going to get better.You can call him yourself he really seems like the real deal to me. And if the people do buy HDST it will be a year round profit deal that was brought up earlier. sorry about my spelling.
