I'm interested in TELS, but I'd like to know more about KS Telecom and the acquisition deal. How much business is KS Telecom doing now? Is it profitable? There is an interesting synergy, but what resources is TELS going to have to apply to translate that synergy into profits? Does anyone know when this deal is likely to be consummated? Steve
